Innosoft Gulf Privacy Policy

What Information Do We Collect?

General

Innosoft Gulf collects data to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences with our products and services. You provide some of this data directly when you purchase one of our products or services, register for a program, or when you contact us for support. We also get some of it by recording how you interact with our services, for example, using technologies like cookies, receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device, or tracking IP addresses when you visit our website.
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web sites or give to us any other way. Data we collect depends on the products, services and features you use, and can include the following:
Name and contact data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data, and user name(s) and password(s), if applicable.
Credentials. We collect passwords and security information used for authentication and account access.
Demographic data. We collect data about you such as your country and preferred language.
Payment data. We, or our third-party service providers, collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your credit card number, CCV number or PayPal account information.
Usage data. We collect data about how you and your device interact with our services. This includes data, such as the features you use, items you purchase, and web pages your visit. This also includes data about your device and the network you use to connect to our services, including IP address, device identifiers, regional and language settings. This includes information about the operating systems and other Innosoft Gulf’ software installed on your device. And it includes data about the performance of the products or services and any problems you experience with them.
Location data. We collect information about your location in two ways. When you register or purchase a product or service we may request a billing address or country location. We also may derive data from your IP address.
Content. We collect content of your files and communications when necessary to provide you with the services you use. For example, if you receive a message using a Innosoft Gulf’ hosted messaging service, we need to collect the content of that message in order to deliver it to your softphone client, display it to you, enable you to reply to it, and store it for you until you choose to delete it. Examples of this data include the content of instant messages, or documents, photos, music or videos you file transfer using Innosoft Gulf’ services.
We also collect the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback and product reviews you write, or questions or information you provide for customer support. When you contact us, such as for customer support, chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded.
We also may request information about your communications needs and preferences. You can choose not to provide information, but we may require some information about you to use our Web sites as intended. We also may require some personal information to answer your questions or conduct other transactions on our Web sites.

Automatic Information

We may automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit our Web sites. For example, we may collect session data, including your IP address, Web browser software, and referring Web site. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed and pages visited. We may collect this automatic information to help us understand the interests of our customers and visitors and customize your user experience, among other things.

Cookies, Other Web Technologies and Use of Google Analytics

Innosoft Gulf collects information related to your use of our website using cookies. Cookies are small files containing strings of text stored on your computer. Innosoft Gulf may use cookies to:

Authenticate you as a user when you log in, track your session, deliver content specific to your preferences and interests, store the contents of your shopping cart, provide features related to payment and customer service, and provide other functions.
To help us customize the content, Web site experience, and advertisements provided to you on our Web sites and on other Web sites across the Internet. For example, when you access a web page, a cookie automatically recognizes your Web browser as you navigate on the Internet and presents you with information and advertising based on your apparent interests.
To help measure and research the effectiveness of the features, offerings, advertisements, and email communications (by determining which emails you open and act upon) of our Web sites.

Innosoft Gulf retains such information for as long as reasonably required for business purposes or as reasonably required to comply with our legal obligations.
The Help portion of the toolbar on most Web browsers will tell you how to prevent your Web browser from accepting new cookies, have the Web browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or disable most cookies. However, you may not be able to access some tools and features offered on our Web sites if you refuse to accept cookies.
Our Web sites also may use Web beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags or Web bugs). These Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that we place in the code of a Web page. Web beacons allow us to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our Web sites to another, deliver or communicate with cookies, understand whether you have come to our Web sites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party Web site, and improve the performance of our Web sites. We also may allow our service providers to use Web beacons to help us understand which emails recipients have opened and track the visitor traffic on our Web sites.
We also have implemented and use Google Analytics’ Display Advertising. We have implemented the Remarketing with Google Analytics feature of Google Analytics’ Display Advertising to advertise online. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using Google’s Ads Preferences Manager. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website(s). You also can opt-out of Google Analytics by using Google Analytics’ Opt-out Browser Add-on, which can be found at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/
