Course Description
In today’s workplace, AI and generative AI are becoming essential tools for productivity and better decision-making. AI & Generative AI for Business Professionals is a practical, beginner-friendly program that helps professionals understand what modern AI can (and can’t) do—and how to apply it effectively and responsibly—without heavy math or coding.
Through interactive sessions with guided hands-on exercises and real-world examples, participants learn prompt engineering, how to use leading AI tools for writing, analysis, research, and content creation, and how to identify high-impact use cases across business functions. The course also introduces agentic workflows (AI using tools to complete multi-step tasks) and key guardrails such as quality checks, privacy considerations, and responsible AI practices.
